Sammy Shelor, winner of the 2011 Steve Martin Prize for Excellence in Banjo and Bluegrass, will headline the festival with his popular group, the Lonesome River Band.

- and everyone’s favorite young musical family, The Biscuit Eaters
Sammy Shelor’s appearance marks the sixth time that a winner of the prestigious Steve Martin Award for Excellence in Banjo has appeared on the Carolina Bible Camp Front Porch Stage.
“Everyone I know is already looking forward to this,” said Festival Chairman and CBC Board Member Greg Brewer. “It will be a day to reconnect with friends, enjoy great music and food in a healthy and happy outdoor setting, and all for a good cause.”

Gates will open at 10:00 a.m. and guests should bring their lawn chairs for general admission seating under large, comfortable audience tents and abundant shade trees.
