Join us for our April Monthly Meeting to hear from Patricia Hatley, Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Author, on the topic of “Leadership Shift: What Leadership Methods & Behaviors are Needed to Engage, Retain, and Motivate the New American Workforce.”
Let’s face it, the leadership methods that worked in the past no longer meet the needs of today’s workforce. New generations seek inspiration, relationships, and most importantly, trust. The new American workplace wants a voice - to be “empowered” and have freedom of self-expression.  An “empowered” culture is dependent upon people feeling safe to be themselves. During your time with Patricia, she will give you some down to earth, basic points that you can begin applying immediately to create a culture that will empower and inspire your team to create a higher level of sustainability and success within your business.

You MUST register to receive the zoom information. Non-Members are allowed to attend up to two networking meetings before joining the Chamber.
