Diabetes and Nutrition Class

Description

This group will meet once a quarter to help those living with diabetes, chronic kidney disease, and more. The group will learn about dietary choices and promote healthier living. 
Open to adults of any age.
Register by August 4 in person Davie Senior Services or Online.
