We spend our days supporting others—solving problems, managing conflict, and carrying the weight of people and performance. Over time, that constant care can lead to compassion fatigue: the quiet exhaustion that shows up as burnout, irritability, or emotional numbness.
 
In this session, we’ll explore what compassion fatigue looks like in real-world work environments, identify early warning signs, and discuss practical ways to restore energy, resilience, and purpose—so you can continue to lead well without running on empty.

Attendees will be provided lunch and receive SHRM credit.
