All aboard for a magical — and sensory-friendly — holiday adventure! Join us on Friday, December 5th for Cognition’s Polar Express Experience, where the beloved story comes to life through gentle, hands-on fun and festive activities designed with all children in mind. Step into the adventure with: A cozy reading of The Polar Express (your story time will be assigned at check-in to help with crowd flow) Warm cocoa and sweet
treats, with quiet areas available for snack breaks A calm, creative ornament craft to take home A jingle bell science station with sensory-friendly options Optional photos with Santa in a calm, low-stimulus setting — no flashing lights or loud sounds Each child will receive a special bell, and each family will take home a copy of The Polar Express. Wear your favorite pajamas and get ready to believe! **Please note: Children 12 months and under are free ONLY when attending with a paid sibling and will not receive event materials. If you would like your infant to participate in activities, such as making a craft, receiving a bell, or taking home a book, a paid child ticket is required regardless of age. Cognition is a nonprofit organization that depends on community support and events like this to keep our programs running. By attending, you’re helping keep the cogs turning for hands-on learning and discovery all year long.
