Finding opportunities and resources to promote health and wellness can be challenging during the summer. That’s why Cardinal Innovations Healthcare is providing a Wellness Wednesday Summer Series! Join them to learn more about keeping yourself healthy this summer.

According to the CDC, those diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities may be more likely to encounter health issues. However, being diagnosed with a disability doesn’t mean you’re unhealthy or unable to become healthy.

During Wellness Wednesdays, you'll explore resources and tips you can use to stay healthy all summer long. During the June session, the Autism Society will  share information on keeping you or your loved one well in the summer.
