DESCRIPTION:Bermuda Run Country Club would like to invite you to participate in our 2nd Annual ClubCorp Charity Classic on Friday\, October 21\, 2016.  Last year\, we were able to raise a substantial amount of money that was evenly distributed to the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice & Palliative CareCenter\, Augie's Quest (ALS) and the Employee Partner Care Foundation (E.P.C.F.).  This year we are excited to donate to the United Way of Davie County\, Augie's Quest (ALS) and the Employee Partner Care Foundation (E.P.C.F.).  We had a great turnout last year and will need community support to have another successful event.\n\n \n\nThe United Way of Davie County gives to a number of local charities that go through a rigorous application process to receive funding. By giving to the United Way of Davie County you also support the following local non-profit charities: Big Brothers/Big Sisters\, Buckle-Up Davie\, The Dragonfly House\, Salvation Army\, Davie Family YMCA\, Just Hope\, Inc.\, Davie Domestic Violence and Rape Crisis Center\, Farmington Community Center\, Davie County Group Home\, Davie County 4-H\, Boy Scouts of America/Old North State Council\, Cancer Services\, Inc. and United Way Direct Programs including Build a Backpack and Emergency Food & Shelter Program.\n\n \n\nThe event will begin with a Captain's Choice Golf Tournament at 10:00 a.m. followed by lunch on the course. This event is open to members and non-members alike. The evening will include a Las Vegas themed party with heavy hors d'oeuvres\, live music\, dancing\, a silent auction\, and casino games. The main clubhouse will take on a festive atmosphere for an evening of great fun for all\, participants are encouraged to dress according to the theme.
