DESCRIPTION:What a busy week we have had planning this season's events. Greenhill Family Farm (GFF) is honored to announce that we will host an event that will be anticipated to be one for EVERYONE to come out and experience!!\n\n\n\nWhat a privilege it is that GFF will be working with all branches of Law Enforcement\, Fire & Rescue\, and EMS of this wonderful county. An event to help our Hometown Heroes raise funds for a very special purpose.... Heroes Helping Heroes for those that have been injured\, sick\, emotional distress\, or a special need at home. Our First Responders and not just in Davie County risk so much for us without batting an eye and walk into situations that we as citizens simply cannot comprehend on a daily basis. They see things that cannot be unseen and therefore coping may be emotional and sometimes difficult. We at GFF want to say THANK YOU to these heroes that risk everything for strangers\, our HOME TOWN HEROES!\n\n\n\nOn Saturday October 21st from 1pm to 6pm we will have a very special schedule of events to include the Fire & Life Safety Smoke House\, a car extrication demonstration\, K9 Dog demonstration\, face painting\, a LIVE pumpkin drop from one of the fire ladder trucks filled with CANDY\, silent auction as well as a raffle of handmade\, hand painted corn hole boards!!\n\n\n\nThese events will be free with your general admission to the corn maze that day (ages 4 years and up: $10). Discount price for Military and First Responders and their families.\n\n\n\nChicken plate meals will be available for $10 with ALL PROCEEDS being donated to NC Law and Fire Benevolent Funds.
