During his 18 years with Henry Mancini\, Cecil formed his own music production company\, which has evolved into Cecil Welch Productions\, LLC.  In addition to music production\, the company provides orchestral personnel for many of America's most talented performers\, including Harry Connick\, Jr.\, Natalie Cole\, Johnny Mathis\, Olivia Newton-John\, Josh Groban\, and Barry Manilow.
