DESCRIPTION:The event will be presented at the gazebo within Kinderton Commercial Center (off US 158). The concert will feature an evening of timeless Gershwin classics that will include not only show tunes but also his spirited patriotic songs. This wonderful music will be performed by Chamber Jazz Winston (formerly known as Carolina Chamber Symphony). Arrangements have been made for Martha Bassett to join the group to sing\, as only she can\, three or four Gershwin tunes.\n\n\n\nBring a lawn chair\, cooler\, and even a picnic.\n\n(Arrangements are being made for area food trucks.)
