DESCRIPTION:What if you could step in the role of the winemaker and create your own wine? Join Queen of Wines' Founder\, Laure Levesque as she explores how to leverage qualities unique to each grape varietal to create unique wine blends. During this interactive\, educational\, and entertaining tasting workshop\, we will play with three single varietal wines to create different style blends.\n\nEach participant will receive a wine package of three bottles of each wine\, as well as a beaker and a tasting profile for every single varietal. Laure Levesque will give participants key information and tools to approach blending in an 'educated way' and better understand the aim of it\, do's/don'ts\, as well as what each varietal brings to the blend.
