Mid-Eastern Martial Arts Time to shine and unlock your full potential with Motobu Ha Seishin Kai–Japanese Karate! This program will elevate your skills and knowledge while developing self–confidence, control, discipline, defense techniques, focus, courage, respect, and responsibility.

Session Options: Mondays & Wednesdays Intermediate | 4:10–4:55 p.m. Beginner 1 | 5:05–5:50 p.m. Beginner 2 | 6:00–6:45 p.m. Advanced | 7:00–7:45 p.m.
