NAVIGATING LEVELS OF CARE PRESENTATION

Speaker: Crystal Norman, Ombudsman for the Piedmont Triad Area Agency on Aging
Please register for this event. This event is designed for caregivers or those who anticipate soon becoming a caregiver. A pizza dinner will be offered. Ms. Norman will discuss with the group various types of long term care and how to know when it is time to place your loved one. This seminar will also be offered via Zoom for those who cannot join in person. Call for the link. Open to caregivers of all ages.
