Description
Thousands of 501(c)(6) nonprofit associations, 501(c)(3) nonprofits, and others can now access the federal Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). While the U.S. Small Business Administration has provided some guidance, many questions remain. The rules regarding eligibility and qualification, the determination of loan amounts, the loan forgiveness requirements, and which 501(c)(6) associations can qualify are complex, nuanced, and uncertainty remains.
ASAE will break it all down for you, explain the rules and requirements in plain English, and cover everything you and your organization need to know about applying for a PPP loan, whether for the first or second time. We also will address changes to the federal Employee Retention Tax Credit and the Economic Injury Disaster Loan program.
Join this important webinar to get your questions answered and examine PPP loan specifics, lessons learned, and the policy landscape with practitioners and ASAE’s public policy team.
