Goad Global Health will be operating as a cash-only business. This decision has been made with the aim of providing the best possible care to my patients. While I will not be billing insurance, you can still use your insurance for other healthcare services such as labs, medications, imaging, and specialists.
Please note that payment is required at the time of service. We accept debit cards, credit cards, and cash as forms of payment. If you have an HSA/FSA card, you may be able to use it to pay for our services. We kindly request that you choose your preferred mode of payment before the service is rendered.
